I think family shots are so so important especially when on a holiday trip. Dont you shutterbugs think so too?

I think so, at least the parents, or at least the mom wants to have a family portrait at nearly every single sight worst seeing twice. I personally do not present myself much on the other end of the view finder.

VERY very important! I just took one of my family at Thanksgiving...which my Dad blew up and framed for all of us...very sweet of him. One of the few pictures I am in...mostly I am behind the camera.
