Find your way back

Even though it was a short 6 months at my previous place, I really do miss it for some strange reason. A part of me wants to go back in time, yet the other half doesnt want to embrace the memories. Am I even making sense?

I miss this, that and mostly, you.

Forward is always a strange position to be Tricia but that's the only place to be =D that's where its happening...that's where you are called to be. And sure the road forward's tough...but nothing of worth was ever won without cost. And you are incredibly valuable and you are so worth the fight for yourself...so fight on.

Its like the amazing grace movie...you only feel the needles in your feet when you stop...and so you must run =) and run fast =D

Bowling time's on once the holidays are here okay?

@Wayne: Really?? But dont you need it for your hiking trip? That's why I didnt ask. I'll talk to you about it when I next see you, which would be soon considering I'd be seeing you alot this week.

Yeah I guess you're right. Just gotta keep moving. Can totally relate to the needles in your feet when you stop issue.

We'll catch up over lunch/dinner/coffee soon!

Naw that got put on hold...we're going to do it in the september break but we'll see how it goes and I'll bring my dslr with me...=D I'll just have to buy extra water proofing =D

I can relate with your move...I just moved a few months ago and as much as I love our new place, our new town from time to time I do long for my old job, my old friends and life...but as Wayne said, you must move forward that is how you grow and learn...staying in one place is just like standing still...you go nowhere! Good luck, embrace the old but don't dwell.

I like your photo here too :) - the beautifully subdued low lighting certainly sets a fitting mood for reflection and remembrance, for thinking about people, moments, aspects of life and times past that we cherish. Nothing wrong with cherishing - very good and important, in fact! :)
But, as other Am3 friends here have also pointed out, it is also important to keep living in the present, and pressing forward. I think you've got the balance right there in any case, girl. You're doing great! So it just remains for me to say : best of wishes and blessings to you for the road ahead! :)

yeah i realise the break is fast approach...in fact I'm so well aware of it I've marked it out on my planner =)
i need the break to get away and retune myself.
