The past six weeks have been extremely hectic for me. Busy but happy I guess.
I dont know about the rest of you, but when I get stressed or simply upset, I head to the gym or I head out for a run.
So as if yesterday wasnt enough, I headed to the gym after classes today. I had the entire gym to myself. Very peaceful. Just me doing my own thing without anyone else bothering me. And I did a crazy circuit workout today - Cross Training 4km, Rowing 2km, one set of Pushups, one set of Situps, Lunges, Weights machine for the Quads and ended off with a 2.4km run.
Now this is where the problem sets in. My right leg muscle started cramping at the 1km mark of the run. However, stubborn me decided I had to finish the run. So I slowed down, upped the incline and finished it, got off the treadmill and limped back to my apartment.
This is so not funny.
I think I need to stop and breathe.

Hang in there =D and use discretion when training =D Althought I can certainly understand the need to work off some steam...I exercise to cool off as well. Which gym do you go to?

@Sandra: Very true Sandra.
Thanks for dropping by!
Neat shot. I headed to the gym myself yesterday, but it was definately not empty. I too pushed myself hard yesterday. You should just "Stop and Breathe" today.
